The Echo Artists is a group of artists who have progressed from the Young Artists Collective and who have established their practice in music, visual arts and performance. Echo Artists members have completed Silver or Gold Arts Awards and are now developing their arts practice, with the goal of becoming independent artists, with the continued support of Skimstone Arts.
