Policies and Practice
Our policies and practice clearly indicate that we:
- Promote total inclusion through working collaboratively with all participators at all levels using a person centred approach.
- Draw upon their specialist knowledge of working with people with special needs/different abilities, working sensitively yet still providing risk taking and challenging artistic and personal opportunities to increase self image, confidence and self esteem of those who participate.
- Encourage professional, healthy and safe working practices at all levels including planning, devising, performing and reflecting on experiences.
