Start of Something?

Skimstone Arts takes great pleasure in inviting you to Start of Something? an open day event conceived and led by the Young Artists Collective.

Please join us in celebrating the creative achievements of the Skimstone Young Artists Collective at a day including exhibitions for national Gold and Silver Arts Award, performances of original music, film and the opportunity to take part in a taster workshop facilitated by members of the collective.

We are also thrilled to have Helen Birchmore, Trinity College, London and Sophie Smith, Arts Council England, with us on the day to present Arts Award Certificates to the young artists.

This is an ideal opportunity for artists, professionals who work with this target group and practitioners involved in community engagement projects to see what takes place in Skimstone Studios.
