I am a freelance artist working in and around fields of sound art, audiovisual art, interactivity improvisation, bespoke electronics, data sonification/visualisation and new media.
Previous projects have included Peace Process-ion with Skimstone Arts, SUPERDREAM, a project with ISIS Arts, The Trinity Session, The Swallows Foundation and Sticky Situations to produce digital artworks in Gatshead, UK and Johannesburg, South Africa, a workshop, performance and installation comission for ZENDEH and ‘Gold Lines Are Mineral Veins’, A sonification of environmental data collected from an exploration of disued lead mining networks in Stanhope, Durham in collaboration with artist Benjamin Freeth. I have also amassed a sizeable discography and taken part in a multitude of performances over the past five years as a practicing electronic musician and improviser.
